Developed fourteen (14) unique Dallas area residential neighborhoods, most walled and security gated with sophisticated man-made and/or artfully enhanced natural water features. Each was meticulously engineered and platted to conserve trees and accentuate all other natural site amenities. Notable subdivisions include:

• Performed all Sales, Marketing, P.R., Advertising, Loan Coordination, Plan Reviews, Closing Coordination and Final Walk-Throughs for both subdivisions.
• Achieved a personal Sales Volume of $10.3 million on a total of 78 transactions.
3. MacFARLANE REAL ESTATE, INC.

• Achieved a Personal Sales Volume of $21.4 million on a total of 174 transactions, most being construction loan foreclosed homes from three major local banks.
• Created a unique niche in "finishing out" while simultaneously marketing these homes, eliminating the need for a separate building contractor.

• Learned and mastered all sales aspects of single family home building business with no prior knowledge or experience in real estate related business.
• Achieved a Personal Sales Volume of $23.7 million on a total of 181 transactions.
6. GUSTAFSON, INC.

September 1974 to June 1983
• More than tripled International Sales and Profits in less than 2.5 years.
• Developed first true Worldwide Chemical and Machinery Distributor Network.
• Director of Product Development and Technical Service for six years prior to promotion to Vice President - International Division
• Earned the distinction of being the leading U.S. authority in the specialized field of Seed Treatment. Was commonly loaned to other agri-chemical companies as a Consultant. Often spoke and instructed at universities all over the U.S., and at many National and State Seedmen Conventions. Taught seed processing short courses. Authored several scientific articles, papers and chapters in books on seed treatment.

January 1972 to August 1974
• Supervised Field Research and development for all new agri-chemical products in the southwestern United States. Secured 14 new registrations and two new "use patents" for various Uniroyal chemicals.

(I have to admit I typed in" Johnny", then changed it.) Anyway, those are wonderful pictures.
We live in the Knox-Henderson area right now. It is interesting to know you worked on all those developments.
