Love the photo with your grandkids - aren't they the best.  Glad to hear you're retired.  Us too.  We've had a lot going on in our life, but things are slowing down. I'm looking forward to seing everyone at the reunion!  50 years - who knew!!!

Hey Jim,  Glad to see your well in Big D.  All 7 of my grands are in the Ft.Worth area so they come over to the house a lot.  Never a dull moment.  Can't believe this will be our 50th reunion.  It seems like only yesterday the we were beating Paschal for the district championship.  Can you still hit that jumpshot? ha     Butch Clark

you won't believe it but after i saw you were on i decided i should do it to. have always used marilyn' e-mail address til now. thanks for pushing me over the edge. saw glenn at stock broker-- he said you were driving a dog to west coast. i would have set out on highway and said find your owner-- all is well in goliad. marilyn has finally stopped crying. i basically do nothing, run a chainsaw or drive a tractor. must say i excell in doing nothing. looking forward to reunion. stay healthy  belknap  it says to attach a gift--don't know how to get gift into computer so i'll bring it with me to reunion-- aren't you excited?

James,  I see from your Profile that you have also spent a career in commercial real estate.  Hasn't the last downturn has been a killer?  Fortunately, I was able to liquidate all my holdings in 2005 and 2006 before the huge drop.  I don't claim any predictive brilliance at all as I never, ever anticipated anything as bad as what has happened.  I'm just so thankful that buyers offered me deals I couldn't refuse before the market went south.  Remember when we used to play together as kids at South Hi Mount?  Terry
