Succulent Sunday Salad or Dip or whatever

This came  to me today while perusing my pantry....I took beans of black.. drained them well and melded them with peas with black eyes also drained...Added some fresh cooked corn off the cob and chopped onions of red.. It maybe in my head, but I love these onions the very best.. Then nice red plump,ripe tomatoes, but failed to add any red potatoes( starchy true,but still good for you as the Health Police Proclaim)Then I took a cup of light Italian dressing and a dash of oil of the olive( Virgin of course)and a dash of salt and a grind of pepper, and threw some miced garlic into the bowl.. The whole mess was a lovely success.. Refrigerated for awhile so the flavors could congreagate and meet and greet .. Then we enjoyed an awesome treat.. Of course,there is the matter of the tortilla chips which will tomorrow reside on my hips..It makes quite a bit, but I will not quit noshing until the bowl is quite empty or until my conscience raises her ugly head and reminds me no calorie is Really Free!
